Blues, Brews, & BBQ III — an IBCA-sanctioned cook-off at Suds Monkey Brewing. Limited to 20 teams. Official IBCA meat categories: Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken (half bird). Load-in Friday April 10 afternoon/evening with Head Cook Meeting Friday evening. Competition day Saturday April 11 with turn-in times beginning at 12:00 PM. Location: 12024 US 290, Austin, TX 78737.
