CHEF'S MENU FEATURES ⬩➤ Texican Eggs Benedict: Smoked brisket, poached egg, avocado hollandaise, jalapeño biscuit, micro greens, smoked sea salt. ⬩➤ Desert Skies French Toast: Sourdough Texas toast, lime skies maple syrup, berries, Mexican cinnamon, vanilla chantilly cream, powdered sugar. ⬩➤ Garden Chilaquiles: Fried corn tortillas with salsa roja, chickpea, avocado, mushroom, queso fresco & pickled peppers. ⬩➤ Avocado Toast: Avocado mousse, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onion, cotija, micro cilantro, local extra virgin olive oil on grilled sourdough. ⬩➤ Carrot Patch Salad: Smoked carrot threads, chive, lemon-thyme chevre, radish, cucumber, shallot, puffed farro with carrot & ginger vinaigrette. ⬩➤ Vista Esquites: Grilled corn, poblano, chipotle lime aioli, cotija, paprika, micro cilantro, lime. ⬩➤ Hill Country Brussels: Brussels sprouts with lemon-thyme chèvre, Adair-marinated golden mustard seeds & candied smoked pecans drizzled with agave nectar. ⬩➤ Big Iron Kolache: Jalapeño kielbasa, creamy grain mustard, sauerkraut, sharp cheddar.
