We want to share an important update with our community.

As of last night, our Dos Olivos Market Dripping Springs location has officially closed its doors.

This was not an easy decision. Dripping Springs has been a meaningful part of our journey, and we are incredibly grateful for every guest, team member, and moment that helped shape this location into what it was.

As we continue to grow, we’ve come to recognize that growth must be intentional. Expanding too quickly can take us away from what matters most: listening to our guests, refining our experience, and staying true to the heart of our brand. This next chapter is about doing just that.

We are now redirecting our focus and energy into our Buda and Harlingen locations, both of which are growing rapidly and present exciting opportunities to elevate the Dos Olivos experience even further.

There are many exciting changes ahead, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming with you.
