Gimli golden mild is now available, giving us 2 milds on the handpull. 3.7% a.b.v. and 25 IBUs. Pearl malt is the base for this lovely mild, giving it a clean bready backbone. Endeavour hops add notes of blackcurrant (sweet, musky, woodsy) and citrus rind. As you can see, not all milds are dark, and Gimli is a refreshing change for the warmer spring.
