Gimli on cask with a special treat from our friends @charlesfaramusa We cask hopped this pin with Most hops and the result is fantastic. Bright berry notes (lots of strawberry) complement this lovely golden mild. Quite refreshing and a great way to showcase a new hop variety. Charles Faram started Project Firkin initiative to help promote cask ales and cask consumption, something we are certainly proponents of. Cask ale is such a wonderful way to enjoy a pint, at the pub with friends and neighbors, instead of a six pack grabbed at the store and taken home. Come grab a pint of Gimli with us
