Suds Monkey Founder Greg Stepping Down After 10 Years

🍻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀… 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.This isn’t an easy post to write. But I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately… and I’ve decided it’s time for me to step away from Suds Monkey.

𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝘂𝗻.

From the early days just trying to get the doors open… to taking the leap and moving to this property… to somehow building a place where people actually gather, celebrate, and make memories…

It’s been a ride. There’s a lot I’ll never forget… 👉 The chaos of getting started 👉 The stress (and excitement) of the move 👉 The nights that blew past expectations 👉 And yeah… even the time a trash family tried to kick my ass in the taproom 😅

But more than anything… 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.

The friendships that were made here… that turned into something a lot more like family. And that’s actually what made this decision.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱…undefined 👉 I’ve missed a lot of time with my own family 👉 Late nights, weekends, always being here

And at some point… 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹. It wasn’t easy. But it feels like the right time.

So we’re going to do one last send-off. 👉 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗴’𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘆 - Wednesday!
