If you haven’t been out to see us in a few months, we’ve got some new things cooking! Chef A.C. has been working some magic with our culinary team, and we’re excited to debut new dishes for the month of May.
Don’t worry, you can still get the flame-grilled Driftwood Burger, the Crispy Sriracha Chicken Sando and the massive Fish & Chips....we’ve just added more chef-driven dishes to your Hill Country dining experience.

NEW DISHES
🍴Steak Frites - now available daily! Not just on Fridays anymore...we’re grilling up steaks daily! 10 oz New York strip grilled to order over an oak & mesquite live fire. Served with Destination Fries, lime aioli & escabeche.
🍴Monthly Feature: The Big Catch Torta Only available during the month of May! Fried haddock with slaw, charred allium crema, avocado mousse, pickled onion, queso fresco, black bean puree on a bolillo roll.
🍴Tejano Brät Grilled jalapeno kielbasa from Austin’s Smokey Denmark topped with beer cheese, avocado mousse, pico de gallo & chile toreados on a grilled brioche bun.
🍴Hill Country Brussels Brussels sprouts with lemon-thyme chèvre, Adair-marinated golden mustard seeds & candied smoked pecans drizzled with guajillo-orange blossom honey.
🍴Fried Avocado Elote Panko-breaded fried avocado, charred corn, poblano, chipotle aioli, cotija, paprika, chimichurri roja, micro cilantro & lime. Served with blue corn tortilla chips.
🍴Destination Fries Topped with salsa macha oil, cotija, cilantro & lime aioli.
🍴Carrot Patch Salad Smoked carrot threads, garden radish, pickled red onion, lemon-thyme chèvre, puffed farro over mesclun mix topped with fermented carrot-ginger vinaigrette.
